Located near L'Île-Rousse in Corbara, within Davia Marina and just 100 meters from the beach, Villa Gentil—offered by Jean-François is the perfect place to enjoy the pleasures of the seaside.

Everything has been designed with your holiday enjoyment in mind.

This 180 m² villa, set on an 1,800 m² plot and accommodating up to 8 guests, was conceived by architect Philippe Charbonneau to foster a seamless indoor-outdoor flow, with direct access to the garden and the swimming pool.

The Swimming Pool

The fully tiled, 11-by-5-meter swimming pool—with a depth ranging from 0.80 to 1.80 meters—uses a salt-based treatment system. A motorized pool cover ensures safety whenever you are not supervising your children. An outdoor shower is available, allowing you to rinse off any sand after returning from the beach before diving into the pool.

The Garden

Gardener Bruno Demoustier designed the garden by highlighting plant species with great floral potential. The owner, Jean-François, devotes a great deal of time to its upkeep, ensuring the garden remains beautiful all year round.

The Living Room, Dining Room, and Terrace

The large living area at the heart of the house opens completely onto the covered terrace.

Indoor? Outdoor? The boundary is blurred—and intentionally so. Large sliding glass doors allow you to fluidly transition between the living area and the terrace. Throughout the day, settle in comfortably—whether inside or out—in spaces designed for relaxation. Here, you are invited to enjoy the garden, the view of the pool and the sea, all while being lulled by the gentle sound of the waves and the fresh sea air.

The kitchen

The large kitchen is very well equipped—see below for details.
Prepare your meals while taking in views of the swimming pool, the garden, and the sea, all visible through the large picture window. Extend the experience out onto the terrace by grilling fish on the *plancha*.

The bedrooms

There are 4 bedrooms, each with direct outdoor access to the garden.

The master suite

It features a 160 cm (queen-size) bed, a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a vanity sink, as well as a separate private toilet.
This bedroom opens onto the garden and enjoys a triple aspect—facing east, south, and north.

Bedroom 2

It features a 140 cm double bed, a private en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower and a washbasin, as well as a separate private toilet.
This bedroom opens onto the garden on the western side.

Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4

Each one features two 90 cm single beds that can be joined together.

These two bedrooms share a bathroom—facing east—equipped with a bathtub, a double washbasin, and a separate toilet.
These two bedrooms open onto the garden, facing south and west, respectively.

The workspace

If you are combining vacation with work, you will appreciate the dedicated workspace. High-speed fiber-optic internet is available free of charge.

All rooms are air-conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter.

The beaches

The beach at the small cove of Capite is 100 meters away, while the beach of the Cabins is 600 meters away, and the beach at Vignola is 800 meters away. During your stay, you can compare the different orientations, the beauty of the views, the softness of the sand, the shade provided by the tamarisk trees, and the colors of the fish.
