This 60 m2 duplex apartment for 6 persons, decorated with a lot of charm awaits you here in Bonneval-sur-Arc.

It is pampered by Cecile and Pierre Emmanuel. "PEL", is the architect who renovated the Pré Catin chalet.

On the ground floor,
at the entrance, a room for children receiving 4 individual beds in twice 2-bunk beds (the 2 upper beds are suitable for people over 6 years old only) ;
a bathroom (bath and sink), separate toilets.

Upstairs,
a living room with a kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. ;
a dining area ;
a living room with a stone fireplace, a TV with CD player, a couch (not part of the sleeping capacity of the housing), armchairs. This living room opens to the south on a balcony with a small table and three chairs.

Above the kitchen,
perches the double open mezzanine bedroom on the living space.
Pets are allowed.

Awesome family vacation in Bonneval-sur-Arc!
We had a wonderful week in Bonneval-sur-Arc from July 27th to August 3rd. The apartment we booked was perfectly suited for our family of six (2 adults, 1 teenager, 3 children) and our little French bulldog.
The accommodation was clean, well-equipped, quiet, and very pleasant, with a beautiful terrace for enjoying meals overlooking the mountains. Everything has been well thought out for a hassle-free stay. The village is magnificent, the natural environment exceptional, and many hikes are directly accessible on foot.
A big thank you for the welcome and impeccable organization provided by Cédric. We highly recommend this rental and will be happy to return!

Vacances en famille au top à Bonneval-sur-Arc !
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Bonneval-sur-Arc du 27 juillet au 3 août. L’appartement que nous avions réservé était parfaitement adapté pour notre famille de 6 (2 adultes, 1 ado, 3 enfants) ainsi que notre petit bouledogue français.
Logement propre, bien équipé, calme et très agréable à vivre, avec une belle terrasse pour profiter des repas face aux montagnes. Tout est bien pensé pour un séjour en toute simplicité. Le village est magnifique, l’environnement naturel exceptionnel, et de nombreuses randonnées sont accessibles directement à pied.
Un grand merci pour l’accueil et l’organisation impeccable par l'intermédiaire de Cédric. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et reviendrons avec plaisir !

It has everything, even the Ikea "garlic press"!
Super comfortable bedding.
The fireplace has a wonderful draft, absolutely does not smoke in the room, and it is very pleasant to be able to use the wood as you wish, without it being subject to an additional cost.
Location of the chalet in the perfect village between the sherpa and the Tourist Office 10 m away.
The explanatory booklet of all the functioning of the chalet is perfectly clear, large and with photos and if that is not enough, Mathilde who takes care of the reception at the beginning and end of the stay is extremely available and friendly. Reservation made by phone, then by email, very easy and fast.
Very pretty village, quiet, with suggestions for free or very cheap activities (4 € / person). Free shuttle to go to the nearest larger village (Bessans). We stayed 15 days in a row in this chalet at the end of January.

L'appartement/châlet est parfait. Nous nous y sommes sentis tout de suite "comme à la maison"!
Il y a tout, jusqu'au "presse ail" Ikea !
Literie hyper confort.
La cheminée a un merveilleux tirage, ne fume absolument pas dans la pièce, et il est très agréable de pouvoir disposer du bois comme on le souhaite, sans qu'il ne fasse l'objet d'un surcoût.
Emplacement du chalet dans le village parfait entre le sherpa et l'Office du tourisme à 10 m.
Le cahier d'explication de tout le fonctionnement du chalet est parfaitement clair, grand et avec photos et si ça ne suffit pas, Mathilde qui s'occupe de l'accueil en début et en fin de séjour est extrêmement disponible et aimable. Réservation faite par téléphone, puis par mail, très facile et rapide.
Village très joli, calme, avec des propositions d'activités gratuites ou très peu cher (4€/personne). Navette gratuite pour aller au plus grand village le plus proche (Bessans). Nous avons séjourné 15 jours d'affilé dans ce châlet fin janvier.

We spent a really pleasant weekend at the Pré Catin chalet. It is very pretty, very well equipped, well located. We had snow and sun and early season calm. We were very well received, and the chalet is very comfortable, full of character, everything has been designed to make you feel at home. In addition, nature is magnificent in Bonneval. We finally came back to Bonneval, 15 years after the last time, the magic is still there. Superb family resort, great little village and we were very well at Madame Rives, at the Pré Catin chalet.

Nous sommes enfin revenus à Bonneval, 15 ans après la dernière fois, la magie est toujours là. Superbe station familiale, super petit village et on était très bien chez Madame Rives, au châlet du Pré Catin.
Châlet très bien situé, tout le confort y est, belle vue depuis le balcon, petite cheminée pour le soir après le ski, un séjour parfait ! A faire et à refaire !

Le beau temps nous a permis de profiter de la sympathique terrasse à midi , le soir nous retrouvions autour de la belle cheminée animée par une bonne flambée. Very nice apartment
Apartment completely in line with its description. Well located in the village, 5 minutes from the slopes. Comfortable, spacious for a ski apartment and well laid out. We had a very good stay and will surely come back. Only small downside: not very well soundproofed with the apartment next door from the adult bedroom, but it is manageable.
As for Bonneval, if you do not know it, if you like quiet, authentic and charming places: it is for you.

Appartement tout à fait conforme à sa description. Bien placé dans le village, à 5 mn des pistes. Confortable, spacieux pour un appartement au ski et bien agencé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et reviendrons surement. Seul tout petit bémol : pas très bien insonorisé avec l'appartement d'à côté depuis la chambre adulte, mais c'est gérable.
Quant à Bonneval, si vous ne connaissez pas, si vous aimez les lieux calmes, authentiques et plein de charme : c'est pour vous.
