Le Pré-Catin chalet
The Pré-Catin chalet fits perfectly in the classified village of Bonneval-sur-Arc. Space and volumes, qualities of materials, fidelity to the Savoyard spirit are the concepts that guided its transformation, realized by the architect Pierre-Emmanuel Le Prisé, to guarantee your comfort.
The Pre-Catin is divided into three apartments.

Michka chalet
This architect’s Michka chalet is exceptional for its aesthetic qualities combining the traditional materials of the site (stone, larch and slate) and its great comfort. Its large bay windows facing south ensure maximum sunshine and unobstructed views of the mountain and the surrounding landscape. The contemporary and refined interior decoration has been realized by favoring the same materials as outside for a greater aesthetic coherence.

Chez Matine chalet
Formerly a café-grocery store where the people of Bonneval-sur-Arc met, this chalet located in the heart of the old village opens its doors to you to experience beautiful and joyful moments.
It is a 6 rooms of approximately 160 m², comfortable and warm with high quality services that can accommodate 10 to 12 people
Furniture, decoration, household appliances, dishes, bedding, etc. are new and top of the range.

The nearest station is at Modane. This station is served by direct trains from

Please note: Due to a landslide that occurred in August 2023, rail traffic is interrupted between Modane and Saint-Michel-Valloire. The reopening is scheduled for March 2025. Check the timetables carefully by reserving your ticket on the SNCF website.
Then, take the S53 Bus up to Bonneval-sur-Arc. Please note, before your arrival or departure, it is highly recommended to book your ticket on the site https://vente-bellesavoieexpress.fr or at the Tourist Office. You will have priority within the limit of available places.
By bus :
You can travel by bus throughout the valley. Some are free of chage. You’ll find all informations in the complete guide to mobility
By car :
By car, make sure you have set your GPS on Bonneval-sur-Arc. There is another Bonneval in Savoie, 160 km from Bonneval-sur-Arc.
IN WINTER BEWARE OF YOUR GPS do not go through Albertville – Val d’Isere: the Iseran pass is generally closed from November to June, that of Mont Cenis from November to May.

* If you are coming from Chambéry, take the A41 / A43 motorway and follow the direction Turin-Milan to exit 30 “Modane, Haute-Maurienne-Vanoise”
* If you are coming from Grenoble, take the A41 motorway, follow the direction Chambéry until the A43 Turin-Milan junction, then exit 30 “Modane, Haute-Maurienne-Vanoise”
* If you are coming from Briançon or Turin, take the A32 autostrada, follow the direction Frejus / Bardonecchia and take the Frejus tunnel.
Then follow the direction “Haute-Maurienne-Vanoise” to Bonneval-sur-Arc
From November 1 to March 31, snow tires and/or snow chains are mandatory.
If your engine is diesel, in winter, make a full complement of “cold weather diesel” at Modane, Sollières or the Bonneval-sur-Arc automatic gas station, it is commonly -20 °C at night.
If you drive electric, you will find a charger (paid), 21kW near the fuel pump and standard 3KW sockets in the covered car park (charge included in the price of parking).
