The house has the cachet of typical Toulouse’s houses of the twenties. This is the family home of Anne and Pierre.They lovingly renovated it in 2013 and have been attentive to it since.
On the ground floor, access to the house is done through a spacious entrance, leading to a living room with fireplace.
The living room overlooks a large anv very well equipped kitchen and a sunroom in which you’ll find a billiard table.
The sunroom opens to south and west on the garden with it’s wooden terrace where you’ll find garden furniture and a barbecue.
On the ground floor, you will also have a bathroom with toilet.
On the first floor, 3 bedrooms are waiting for you, each with it’s double bed 140cm.
Near the bedrooms, you will appreciate the large bathroom with tub and shower and the separate toilet.
On the second floor, you enter Anne’s childhood dream of transforming the attic of her home into a bedroom. You will love the attic equipped with a double bed 160cm and a bathroom with toilet.
Wifi internet access is free as well as the phone to the landlines of several countries.
The TV receives many channels provided by Orange.
You can easily park 2 cars (Anne and Pierre sometimes manage to park 3 cars 🙂 ) on the street side of the property.
Shops are close: bakery, pharmacy, laundry, tobacco / press, mini markets, ….
Several restaurants are within walking distance.
A bike rental station and bus stops are in the immediate vicinity.
Main square, “Place du Capitole” is 3.5 km, the railway station 2.5 km, Toulouse Blagnac airport 9 km, the ring road (exit 14) 2 km.

Bed & Breakfast
This is a nice spacious room of about 20 m2 (215 sqft), with beautiful volumes, in ground garden located in a wing of the house and having a separate entrance.
The bedroom has a double bed 160 cm (5 ft), large ancient wardrobe, cupboards and oak floor.
With a east / west exposure, it is very bright. It is equipped with a reversible air conditioning, a flat screen TV and free wifi.
Tea, infusion and coffee are at your disposal.
In the extension of the room, you’ll find a private bathroom with walk-in shower, isolated toilet, heated towel rail, towels and welcome products. The bathroom opens onto the garden.
A hearty breakfast will be served in the home library adjacent to the room: fresh bread, jams, local honey, pastries, yogurts, fruits, meats and cheeses …
In the summertime you can have breakfast on the terrace in the garden.

The property -in a luscious green setting- is located north of Toulouse, just 3 km from the center of the small town of Villemur-sur-Tarn.
When the weather is hot, take a dip in the swimming pool, paddle down the river or go for a walk in the park and pick your own fruit (apples, pears, plums…)
When it’s cold outside, snuggle at the corner of the fire place and enjoy a “raclette” or fondue!
In all seasons, this is the ideal place for gatherings with family and friends.
Bruno and Folly live abroad and love the Toulouse county. They fell in love with this place they and called it “Paradise On The River Tarn”. They renovated it in 2018. As they are often elsewhere, you can have a chance to relax here a moment.
The main house has a total area of 160m ²
On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with two seating areas and a fireplace. A dining area which can sit up to 10 people and large terrace to the south overlooking the river Tarn where you can enjoy breakfast or a sundowner. The living area opens to the east towards another smaller terrace with a hammock and the swimming pool.
The fully equipped independent kitchen with a dining area for 4 people opens onto a third terrace equipped with a table for 8 people.
A master bedroom is located on the ground floor. It has a double bed (160×200 cm), large windows opening on the river, a dressing room, a bathroom with a spa bath, walk-in shower, double sink and a separate toilet.
The ground floor also offers another separate toilet and a laundry area.
The Mezzanine above the living room has a sofa bed that can sleep two people and a reading corner.
On the same level, the second bedroom has two single beds that can be assembled to make a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a toilet.
The basement has been turned into an entertainment room where children and adults can enjoy a game of ping pong or darts. This is also where you can play your music loud if you wish!
Outside, you will enjoy a 5 acres park with lots of fruit trees, a secure swimming pool (10×5 meters and kid’s pool), a barbecue and a “guinguette” (summer kitchen + dining area) overlooking the swimming pool where up to 12 people can share a meal.
A few steps from the main house, is a smaller house/annex with an area of 50m2. Here, in the first room, you will find a kitchen equipped for breakfast (microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine) and a small living room with a 3 seater sofa and a TV. Next to the living area, is a sleeping area for 2 people, bathroom with shower, toilet and a washing machine.
The second room in this small house has a bed that sleeps two people, a private bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. This room has a private entrance with views of the park and is equipped with a bench and a coffee table.
The parking area is a made from a wooden pergola where up to three vehicles can park.
