Description

In the Cathar Pyrenees, a character cottage of 95 m² for 1 to 4 people awaits you in Teilhet, a small village between Pamiers and Mirepoix.

You will be warmly welcomed by Andrée and Gérard who transformed their winery into a vacation house. They are inexhaustible on the aeronautics, the walks around and the beauties of their region of always.

You will enter, lit by its large baywindows in the living area, consisting of a living room, a kitchen and a dining area.

You will find in the living room opened on the garden, a sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table,
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction cooker, an oven and a microwave, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee maker, etc.
The dining area has a table, 6 chairs and a buffet.

Go up 4 steps and you will discover a lounge, a parental room, a shower room and a separated toilet.

The lounge has a sofa bed 140 cm with a high-end foam mattress, a large closet-wardrobe, a radio and a TV.
The master bedroom has a 140 cm bed and a wardrobe.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a double sink and a heated towel rail.

But probably you will spend a lot of time in the garden

It is a private and intimate garden with lounge and garden table where you can enjoy a barbecue on the plancha.

You will park easily on site.

Deposit: 30% on booking.

Beautiful discovery of Occitanie
We spent two weeks at the Gîte du Chai Maynart
I thank Anne Rives who efficiently managed the administrative side of our stay, this gives us confidence.
I obviously thank our hosts Andrée and Gérard, for the very friendly welcome, they give us good plans for visits to the region.
Gérard has a wealth of knowledge on many subjects (the history of the region, nature, and of course Airbus aeronautics)
The cottage is ideally located for a large number of visits and various activities.
For us, 2 weeks were not enough to discover all the cultural, culinary and geographical riches that Occitanie offers us.

Belle découverte de l'Occitanie
Nous avons passé deux semaines au Gîte du Chai Maynart
Je remercie Anne Rives qui a géré efficacement le côté administratif de notre séjour, cela nous met en confiance.
Je remercie bien évidemment nos hôtes Andrée et Gérard, pour l'accueil, très sympathique, ils nous donnent de bons plans de visites de la région.
Gérard a une richesse de connaissance sur beaucoup de sujets (l'histoire de la région, la nature, et bien sûr l'aéronautique Airbus)
Le gîte est idéalement situé pour réaliser un grand nombre de visites et de diverses activités.
Pour nous, 2 semaines n'ont pas été suffisantes pour découvrir toutes ces richesses culturelles, culinaires et géographiques que nous offre l'Occitanie.

Stay in Ariege
Very good stay in Ariège. The welcome of the owners is very warm. The cottage, spacious and very well equipped, is located in a small village where calm and tranquility reign. The region is an inexhaustible source of curiosities. The town of Mirepoix a few kilometers away, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful towns in France that I have had to visit. Stay to redo without hesitation.

Très bon séjour en Ariège .L'accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux .Le gite,spacieux et très bien équipé, se trouve dans un petit village ou règne calme et tranquilité. La région est une source inépuisable de curiosités .La ville de Mirepoix à quelques kilomètres ,à mon sens,une des plus belles villes de france que j'ai eu à visiter.Séjour à refaire sans hésitation.

Nous avons passé une semaine au Gîte du Chai Maynart et nous avons apprécié le calme et le cadre bucolique entre Mirepoix et Pamiers.
