You will be won over by this Breton apartment, on the Emerald Coast, a stone's throw from the large beachof Saint-Lunaire, between Saint-Malo and Cap Fréhel.
Located on the second floor of "La Résidence", with elevator, you will love the space and light that characterize this 70 m² apartment with sea view.

Dominique and Catherine have created a cozy and beautifully decorated cocoon in this historic building, typical of the seaside architecture of the Emerald Coast.
We expect up to 4 persons.
The living room, bright with its triple exposure and double view of the sea, is furnished with a sofa, an armchair, a rocking chair, a television.
The American kitchen is equipped with large cupboards, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, ... See the "amenities" tab.
A very spacious first bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, huge cupboards and a table that can be used as an office with a view of the sea.
The second bedroom has two twin beds, a sink and a wardrobe.
The bathroom has a sink, shower, bathtub and a washing machine.
You have a separate WC.
Wi-Fi is fast and free.

The rental that seemed perfect for our vacation in Saint-Lu turned out to be exactly as we had hoped.

La location qui nous avait paru parfaite pour nos vacances à St Lu s'est révélée exactement comme nous l'avions espéré.
L'appartement est lumineux, bien placé....belle déco ...vue sur mer..tout est bien pensé pour un séjour parfait.
